5 Heavy (seriously, as heavy as you can manage) Bear Hug Squats,
10 Pull Ups,
20 Push Ups.

5 rounds as quickly as possible.

Men and women should aim for a sandbag between 50-100% of their bodyweight.

Record your time.

Train hard!
