5 Pull Ups, 10 Sandbag Cleans, 15 Sandbag Push Press, 20 Sandbag Back Squats, 100 Skips. 5 rounds as fast as you can.

Men should aim for a 30kg sandbag; women should aim for 15kg.

Record your time.

Train hard!

Don't have a sandbag? This is my original bag - a 25kg contractors bag of sand. It cost me £1.50/$2.50 and I used some tape to make it a little more secure.

No excuses.
