Sorry it's been awhile since the last post - I've been working hard on a few new projects and putting the final touches on a new Sandbag Training book! 10 Sandbag Push Press, 
10 Burpees, 
10 Sandbag Back Squats, 
10 Chin Ups. 

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
