The free Optimal Nutrition for Health, Performance and Body Composition course starts on February 2nd. We'll send you 1 lesson per week for a total of 6 weeks. Each week will build on the last, providing you with highly actionable content to make positive changes to your diet, health and overall wellbeing.

The course is not one-size fits all, after all you already know what you should and shouldn't eat. While we will cover things like that, the course is unique in that you'll be required to do certain things each week - each step bringing you closer to lasting change.
This is also a course for real people with real lives so you'll get the honest opinions of someone who knows what it takes to help others succeed, and not just paragraphs from a textbook that often have no basis in reality.
Anyone who wants to learn more about nutrition and make improvements to their diet. The course is completely free and we invite anyone to sign up for it. You can sign up until the 2nd February but enrolment closes immediately after that date with no options to join the course afterwards. I might not offer this course again.
